Second Saturday Art Walk – A Free, Fun, and Creative Event in Downtown St. Petersburg!
The Second Saturday Art Walk is a fun, free, and self-guided adventure through the vibrant world of art in the heart of Downtown St. Petersburg! This dynamic monthly event brings together art lovers, families, friends, and visitors of all ages to explore the ever-evolving Arts Districts across the city.
With gallery openings, hands-on art demonstrations, street performances, and interactive experiences, there’s something exciting around every corner. Whether you’re an art enthusiast or just looking for a fun night out, this is one of the most anticipated cultural experiences in the area!
On the second Saturday of every month, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, visitors can explore and enjoy galleries, museums, studios, and special events scattered throughout St. Pete’s Central Arts District, Grand Central District, Warehouse Arts District, Uptown Arts District, Deuces Live District, Edge District, and the Waterfront Arts District. Many of The Downtown Art Walk activities take shape in and around the galleries predominantly on Central, 1st Avenue South and Fairfield streets between 30th and 16th streets. However, there is a plethora of art related events and openings, activities, and special programming that take place all over downtown.
FunGoDo Staff Tip: For the true art buyers and fans, arriving early offers a more relaxing stroll through the different galleries and art exhibits. As the evening progresses, more visitors descend on the area to meet up with friends and savor the local experience. Visitors and local downtowners can often be found patronizing the outcropping of local shopping, dining and entertainment establishments that have created the thriving, vibrant community.

Where to Park & How to Get Around
- On-Street Parking – Available throughout downtown with various meters, time-limited spaces, (residential permit only, check for signs) and free spots.
 - Public Garages & Lots – St. Pete offers several public parking garages and lots around the downtown area that offer daily, monthly, and special event parking. View details on public parking here.
 - Sunrunner & Trolley Service –TEnjoy convenient access to Art Walk venues with the Sunrunner. While the free ArtWalk Trolley used to provide direct access through the Warehouse Arts District, please note that trolley service is no longer available due to low ridership.  - Hop on the free ArtWalk trolley in the Warehouse Arts District, stopping at WADA, Morean Center, FloridaRAMA, Duncan McClellan Gallery, Five Deuces, and Clay Co-Op! Check out the flyer for route details. Find map here.
 
Please note: Due to low ridership and costs, Trolley service is not available on Second Saturdays.

ArtWalk After Dark – Keep the Creativity Flowing!
The official Artwalk After Dark party is at Fairgrounds St. Pete! Hosted in collaboration with St. Pete Arts Alliance, join us every second Saturday from 9-11 pm for just $20 per person, with $5 of each ticket sale donated to SPAA. Come hang with St. Pete’s creative community and enjoy live music and a cash bar. Learn more!
